Two weeks of music, dance, and creative play that build into a co-created finale show where every kid has a named moment.
How the two weeks unfold
Week 1 builds the trust. Week 2 builds the show.
Shivani opens with rhythm, voice, and movement games so every child finds their thing. By week two, the class is co-creating the finale together — and Garret returns to MC the run-of-show.
Week 1 · Find your thing
Group rhythm with drums, vocal warm-ups with the harmonium, dance and movement, and a different instrument spotlight each day. Trust, vocabulary, and confidence.
Week 2 · Build the show
Students help shape the run-of-show: opener, group numbers, solos, duets, and a finale. Every kid gets at least one named moment — a line, a movement, a solo intro.
A typical day
Play, rotate, repeat
- Drum + dance movement section — kids rotate between playing and dancing
- Vocal warm-ups with the harmonium, plus a string instrument feature
- Daily instrument spotlight (guitar coloring page, piano demo, etc.)
- Solo moment rehearsal — a line, a movement, or an intro that's just theirs
The finale show · Thursday, June 18, 2026
Every child on stage. Every child named.
Every child takes the stage with Shivani and Garret. The room is packed with parents, Harper summer kids, and staff. After the show, dessert and a parent mingle so families can connect.
How the evening flows

What to bring
- Your child's own instrument, if they play one — even a recorder or ukulele
- Comfortable clothes for movement (no stiff jeans)
- Refillable water bottle
We provide drums, the harmonium, and a few strings — bringing your own is optional and welcome.
